Size
priority

Let’s start off with an example which will hopefully help you in choosing your ideal tattoo.

You’ve found your ideal picture, let’s say there’s a text on it, and a picture that fits in and makes it complete and ideal for you.

You’re sure that it’s exactly what you want. After all, you’ve spent a lot of time searching for your tattoo. You’ve decided you don’t want it to be large.

(SIZE DEPENDING ON A VIEW OF AN INDIVIDUAL)

You’ve come to a tattoo studio and expressed your wishes.

Since in 99% of the cases the clients don’t know the required size necessary to do the tattoo, they can get 3 answers from which they must choose:

1. Ok, I guess it will be doable, it will look great for a while (never pick this answer as an option)

In most cases clients insist on their own imagined size and ends up with a tattoo that will eventually smear and turn into a stain.

2. If you’re asking for a smaller size, you will have to simplify the image

You will get the size you wanted but it won’t be the same picture anymore.

3. Work out a new size in order to get the best quality for your tattoo. After all, you’ll wear it your whole life.

Here, you get what you’ve wanted. Size must not be a priority, because it’s a viewpoint, and viewpoints change through life.

NOBODY EVER ENTERED INTO OUR STUDIO SAYING:

“I FU*KED UP, MY TATTOO IS TOO BIG!”

Sadly, there was been plenty of people who expressed regret for not making theirs bigger from the beginning.
